Delivery charges and timescales
At British bodybuilding, we give you FREE Shipping on ALL orders over £50 in the UK! The delivery timescale for FREE shipping is 3-5 working days.
We will email confirmation of your order upon receipt. Should you not be at home to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a “we called while you were out” card notifying you that your parcel will be ready for collection from your local Royal Mail Depot.
Returns Policy
To return an order please e-mail customer.service@british-bodybuilding.co.uk with your name, address and order details.

Your right to cancel, or the “Cooling Off” period, is seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.
For your protection, we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery service. DO NOT send any goods by courier – we will not accept deliveries from couriers. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you’ve opened it up, had a few tries and don’t like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.
