Suggested Use:
Add 1 heaped scoop (30g) to 200ml chilled water or semi skimmed milk. For optimal results we recommend 2-4 servings of Complete ISO-WHEY daily to aid and maintain a positive nitrogen balance.
We recommend 1 serving (30g) of Complete ISO-WHEY to be consumed 60-90 minutes prior to intense exercise, followed y 1-2 servings (30-60g) immediately upon completion of intense exercise when protein is essential.
